RECAP: The Ninjas had to start short-handed and never quite got on track. SKK (C) Graham Diamond dominated in the paint early on, and the Kids shared the ball well, not forcing much. ASN looked sluggish throughout, and they had no answer for SKK (G) Donnie Walsh. Walsh is averaging 29.7 ppg in his last 3 games. |
RECAP: L.O.B. just couldn’t get it going from the perimeter and that limited their chances in the paint as well. SK War Dog (F) Ted Hiao was a man possessed, playing aggressively on D while (G) Pat Youreneff and (G) Kash Miah put in their usual work to put this game away early. |

RECAP: On paper this was an evenly-matched game, but Shawty seemed intimidated by Let It Fly (C) Shawn Bailey‘s length in the paint. After a few big blocks, they didn’t attack him much, and the 3’s weren’t falling either. Bailey was the catalyst when it came down to which team wanted this one more. Solid win for LIF. |
RECAP: Both teams were hot early. No Fly Zone’s offense was strong, but their defense was sluggish throughout, and FAS (G) David Chu (27 pts) took advantage. Down the stretch, NFZ made runs, but someone on FAS always stepped up. It was tied late in the 4th when NFZ (F) David Farnham made a deep 3 with 5.2 secs left that proved to be the game-winner. |

RECAP: The Honey Badgers looked like they had this game under control midway through the 4th quarter when they suddenly went cold. And Lace’O My Aso in turn, went very hot, going on a 16-2 run to finish the game. (F) Kevin Cheddie was a difference maker despite arriving late, but LMA getting (G) Matt Joshy back on the floor with a game-high 18 pts was huge. |
RECAP: Financial Ventures (F) Kev Chang is low-key putting on an MVP display right now, carrying his team to wins. But even with Chang’s heroics, this one came down to the last shot, a missed game-tying attempt by (G) Vasu Kulkarni. Despite the loss, Jay’s Angels continues to look like a dark horse team that can make some noise if they make the playoffs. |

RECAP: The Top Stars were short-handed once again, and for once, the Raining Rosebuds had some decent numbers. Newcomer (G) N’Kosi Gaddy proved to be an instant impact, shooting well from mid-range and finishing on the break. TOP did well to stay within reach entering the 4th qtr, but ran out of gas late in this one. |
